- We do not refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons, unless the earrings are faulty, then we will replace it with the same item and ship it out to you.
- In order to receive a refund, the returned item needs to be in the same condition as originally sent, and packaged securely so it is not damaged during transit.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Our products are carefully packaged in protective mailers. Should your item arrive damaged in transit or if it has a fault, please take a snapshot of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
