Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
We do not refund or exchange earrings for hygiene reasons, unless the earrings are faulty, then we will replace it with the same item and ship it out to you.
In order to receive a refund, the returned item needs to be in the same condition as originally sent, and packaged securely so it is not damaged during transit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Our products are carefully packaged in protective mailers. Should your item arrive damaged in transit or if it has a fault, please take a snapshot of the damage and contact us as soon as possible.
